What You'll Do
- Lead full-service residential projects, including new construction, renovations, and furnishing scopes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors
- Own project timelines, budgets, and overall project performance
- Develop and present design concepts with clarity, intention, and confidence
- Produce and oversee technical drawings and construction documentation
- Lead the design of kitchens, bathrooms, and custom millwork across projects
- Oversee FF&E selections, ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets
- Coordinate closely with contractors and consultants to ensure seamless execution
- Lead and mentor Associate Designers, ensuring design quality and team growth
- Maintain a high level of communication and client experience throughout each project
Oslo Design Co. is seeking a highly experienced, design-forward Senior Interior Designer to lead complex, high-end residential projects from concept through completion.
This is a leadership role within a growing boutique studio, ideal for a designer who takes full ownership of their projects and thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners, guiding projects with both creative vision and operational precision.
We’re looking for someone who is as confident managing budgets and timelines as they are developing thoughtful, layered interiors—someone who understands that exceptional design is built through both creativity and execution.

- Based in Madison, WI
- Remote to start, transitioning to in-studio (downtown Madison) in late summer 2026
- Travel required for site visits and installations
